The primary nozzle (4) has two hot shutters (5, 6) situated after the engine's primary duct and surrounded by its housing. The housing is extended by a secondary nozzle (20) actuated by a second control system (27a) and fitted with cold shutters (21, 22) operated by a third control system (29b) independently of the angular position of the hot shutters. The cold shutters are preferably two in number and eyelid shaped, hinged to and supported by transverse pivots (23a, 23b) fixed to lateral sliders (24a) operated by the second control system (27a).
