PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the water resistance, blocking resistance or the like of a laminated film by a method wherein a bonding modified layer mainly made of a polyurethane-based resin, the essential component of which is a polymer including at least one kind of an acid anhydride having a double bond, is formed on at least one side of a thermoplastic base material film. SOLUTION: On at least one side of a thermoplastic base material film, a bonding modified layer mainly made of a polyurethane-based resin, the essential component of which is a polymer including at least one kind of an acid anhydride having a double bond, is formed, bonding modified layer is formed by coating a coating liquid containing the polyurethane-based resin, the essential component of which is a polymer including at least one kind of the acid anhydride having the double bond on an undrawn or monoaxial stretched film and, after drying and further monoaxially or more stretching, heat-setting. The acid anhydride having the double bond includes at least a maleic acid and may include other polymerizable unsaturated monomeric polymer.
