PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to make training of a grip for both hands and training of a grip for a single hand with one golf club for training by providing both ends of a shaft with grips and mounting a weight at one end of this shaft. SOLUTION: The golf club 1 for training is constituted by mounting the grip 3 for both hands and the grip 4 for a single hand at both ends of the cylindrical shaft 2 of the prescribed length. An ordinary stainless steel, carbon, etc., are used for the cylindrical shaft 2 and rubber reinforced with fibers, etc., are used for the respective grips 3, 4. The weight 5 made of, for example, a metal of a weight nearly approximate to the club head is mounted at the inside on the grip 4 side for a single hand of the cylindrical shaft 2. The user is able to make the swing training with the same sensation as the sensation of a normal golf club by gripping the grip 3 for both hands according thereto. Since the overall length is made shorter than the overall length of the normal golf club, the golf club for training is simple to carry and enables the user to easily make training for swinging even in a narrow place.
