PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip type ear ring which enables keeping thereof from slipping with an earlobe pinched at a specified pressure by gradually increasing a pressing force of one of a pair of members in contact with a receptacle part of the other member as the pair of members is turned in the direction of pinching the earlobe centering round a link shaft. SOLUTION: There are arranged a pair of members 1 and 1' adapted to pinch an earlobe and a link shaft 2 to rotatably link the pair of members. At a shaft mounted part of one member 1, a pressing surface 6 is formed on the side of a bottom part with a distance varied from the link shaft 2 and the shaft mounted part of the other member 1' is provided with a receptacle part 7 which will contact the pressing surface 6. As the pair of members is turned in the direction of pinching the earlobe centering around the link shaft 2, the pressing surface 6 gradually increases a pressing force thereof in contact with the receptacle part 7 to keep an ear ring from slipping with the earlobe pinched at a specified pressure.
