PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively-wind a heavy-weight belt of an air belt device into a retractor. SOLUTION: A shoulder belt 6 and a lap belt 7 extending from a tongue device 8 capable of joining to a buckle device 9 are wound into a retractor 3 for a shoulder belt and a retractor 4 for a lap belt respectively. The shoulder belt 6 whose weight increases due to a bag 12 stored inside is clamped by a driving roller 35 and a driven roller 36 rotatingly-driven by a motor 32 for smooth winding without increasing the winding force of the retractor 3 for a shoulder belt, so as to be energized toward the retractor 3 for a shoulder belt. The motor 32 operates automatically when the tongue device 8 is separated from the buckle device 9, and stops automatically when the winding of the shoulder belt 6 is completed. |
