PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for simply, rapidly and easily mounting a mold at a mold clamping platen with its safety. SOLUTION: A common base 3 is fixedly placed at a table lifter 1 runnable on a floor surface. A mold conveying passage 5 is formed on the base 3, and a mold block is slidably insertable between mold clamping platens 4 via the passage 5. Positioning means of a crosslinking plate 6 in a height direction and guide members 14, 19 having tapered parts 17, 18 in a horizontal direction for aligning the platens 4 with a front end of the base 3 are provided. |
