PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fitting work by providing a bracket support part on a dash panel where a pedal bracket is mounted, and fitting the support part to the upper region of the pedal bracket by an upper fitting, and the front region of the pedal bracket to the dash panel by a front fitting. SOLUTION: In fitting a pedal bracket 14 to a dash panel 2, first an upper stud bolt 30 constituting an upper fitting 28 is inserted in an upper bolt hole from the compartment 4 side, and the pedal bracket 14 is turned around the region of the upper stud bolt 30 to the rising part 8 side of the dash panel 2. Whereupon, a front stud bolt 26 constituting a front fitting 24 is inserted in a front bolt hole, and the front and upper stud bolts 26, 30 respectively lock in the upper and front bolt holes, so that the pedal bracket 14 is temporarily held on the dash panel 2. Subsequently, a nut is screwed on the front and upper stud bolts 26, 30 from the engine room 6 side. |
