PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the supply of an inert gas suitable for the amount of a resin material in a feeding means by a method wherein the gas is fed at all times through some part of gas introducing ports and the inert gas is fed through the outer gas introducing port when a material is fed in a thermoplasticizing material feeding means. SOLUTION: When the resin material within a resin material feeding means 4 is fed to a heating means, the holding amount of the resin material within the feeding means 4 decreases. Detecting actions are executed with level detectors 22a and 22b. As a result, the supplying operation of the resin material from a material storing means 6 is executed. In interlocking with the supplying operation of the resin material in the feeding means 4 on the basis of the detecting action of the level detector 22b, the detection signal of the level detector 22a opens a solenoid valve 14 through a gas feeding controlling means 34 so as to supply also a gas to the feed port 4a of the material feeding means through a second gas circulating passage. The supply of the gas through the second gas circulating passage continues until the time when the completion of the supply of the resin material is detected with a level detector 11a. |
