PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission unit of compressor without clutch to restrain pressurizing noise, improve durability, reduce cost, and to prevent rotating balls from flying. SOLUTION: In a recess portion 32 of a holder plate 30 fixed to a pulley 10, a damper rubber 60 fixed to a damper retaining plate 50 is accommodated and is urged by a stopper plate 40 to the direction of a housing 1. To the damper retaining plate 50, a torque transmission pin 51 is fixed, with one end 51a thereof abutting to the stopper plate 40 and the other end 51b engaged with a hole 22 of a hub 20. When the load torque is at or greater than the predetermined value, the one end 51a of the torque transmission pin 51 is engaged with a hole formed on the stopper plate 40 and the other end of the pin 51 exits the hole 22 to release the connected state between the damper retaining plate 50 and the hub 20. Accordingly, transmission of driving force from the pulley 10 to a rotation axis 2 is blocked. |
