PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide steel having no properties of causing allergies, having corrosion resistance and which is formed by powder metallurgy. SOLUTION: This is a nickel-free stainless steel alloy having ferritic and magnetic structure and whose compsn. is formed of, by weight, at least 0.4% nitrogen and nickel of only 0.5% at the maximum, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities. The external parts for a clock is produced by the steel alloy.
