PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a casting blowhole in the surface of a casting parts from being enlarged or penetrated even in the case of applying chemical milling and machining by applying polymer on the surface of the casting parts formed by casting, entering the polymer into the casting blow hole and working the surface of the casting parts while leaving the state embedding the polymer into the casting blowhole after hardening the polymer in vacuum. SOLUTION: On the surface of the casting parts 2 formed by casting, e.g. the polymer 4 consisting of methacrylate ester is applied at about 1 mm thickness. Successively, at the time of executing the heating treatment of the casting parts 2 from a room temp. to about 80 deg.C in the vacuum vessel, the polymer 4 is hardened and the polymer 4 entered into the casting blow hole 3 becomes the hardened resin state. Further, the finish-polishing to the surface of the casting parts 2 is executed, and the surface treatment is executed by the chemical milling in the state left as the hardening the polymer 4 into the casting below 3 after polishing. Thereafter, the casting parts 2 is heated and the polymer 4 entered into the casting blow hole 3 is vaporized and removed.
