PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily taking out a post-work pipe shaped product without damage and further to enable applying even to an existing punch blade. SOLUTION: First and second mounting units 10, 20 consist of upper table fixing means 11, 21 mounted freely attachably and detachably on the upper table 1 through distance pieces 3 and punch blade fixing means 12, 22 holding the punch blade 30 freely attachably and detachably. In the second mounting unit 20, turning of an operation lever 223 enables the punch blade to be released from the unit, and in the first mounting unit, a punch blade fixing means 12 is rotatably held against the upper table fixing means 11. Even when a post- work product is pipe-shaped, by operating the operation lever, it is possible to turn an end of the punch blade to the near side and set it to be a free end, so easy removing is available. The punch blade fixing means 12, 22 execute mere pressing and fixing of the upper end parts of the punch blade, so even an existing punch blade is fixed.
