PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shift of a ball cutting rotating body, to stabilize a pay-out operation, to make a bearing member detachable and to easily perform adjustment for the bearing member. SOLUTION: Along the inner surface of the mounting hole 11 of the ball cutting rotating body 10a, a plurality of bar-shaped catches 20 are integrally arranged. For the respective catches 20, a tip is formed as a locking part 27 in an arrowhead shape and they are elastically deformable as the whole. Also, the outer surface of the outer ring 22 of the bearing member 21 has the same shape as the mounting hole 11. Then, the bearing member 21 is mounted to the mounting hole 11 in the state of being locked to the locking part 27 without a clearance.
