PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To defecate feces to a deep part of the intestine without involving discomfort by making the interior of a rectum insertion tube a defecation passage, providing a rod supporting member withdrawably in the interior, connecting the defecation route to a suction device, scraping feces with an incorporating device attached to the tip of the supporting member and defecating. SOLUTION: The rectum insertion tube 2 is inserted into the rectum and is fixed to a human body in a manner that makes an inflated balloon pair pinch the anus. The supporting member 3 outside the body is pushed into from the rear of the part outside the body of the rectum insertion tube 2 and projected out from the opening at the top of a discharge passage 2a. And then as far as the incorporating device 4 at the top of the inner tube 3 hits against stagnating feces, the supporting member 3 is extended. Then, a negative pressure generator is operated, a wire 5 is pulled and a hard material 4b at the top of the incorporating device 4 is pulled, thereby an elastic plate 4a bends, and the incorporating device 4 bends like a finger, scraping feces and guides to the opening at the top of the defecation route 2a for defecation. Thus staying feces can be defecated reliably even if they are a hard, large mass staying deep in the intestine.
