PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and to prolong the life of a substrate by fixing a voice controlling substrate executing control concerning voice based on information from a game controlling substrate in addition to at least the game controlling substrate and a display controlling substrate, and mounting a sound volume switching means at this voice controlling substrate. SOLUTION: The main controlling substrate 31 of a pachinko machine is provided with a prize-ball substrate 37, a lamp controlling substrate 35, the voice controlling substrate 70, a shot controlling substrate 91 and the display controlling substrate 80, and data for reproducing voice for instructing the voice output of a speaker is outputted from this substrate 31 to the substrate 70. The substrate 70 inputs each signal from the substrate 31 to a CPU for controlling voice through a buffer circuit and generates voice or effective sound according to the instruction of the CPU for controlling voice from a voice synthesizing circuit to output to a sound volume switching switch 703, which switches the level of the CPU for controlling voice to a level corresponding to a set sound volume to ring a speaker.
