摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more clearly photograph cornea endothelium cell without changing the angle of inclination of an optical member on the observing and photographing optical axis to the angle of inclination of the cornea endothelium cell by providing a jet nozzle for jetting fluid with fixed pressure to make the cornea substantially flat on the observation optical axis of an anterior eye part observation optical system. SOLUTION: An anterior eye part observation optical system 10 includes a pair of anterior eye part observation light sources 11 positioned on the right and left of an eye E to be examined to illuminating the anterior eye part, a half mirror 12 with a jet nozzle, an objective lens 13, a half mirror 14, a shielding plate 15 retreated from the optical path when the anterior eye part is observed and inserted when the cornea C is observed and photographed and a CCD camera 16. An image of the anterior eye part of the eye E illuminated by the anterior eye part illuminating light sources 11 is transmitted through the half mirror 14 wit the jet nozzle, and guided to the CCD camera 16 through the objective lens 13 and the half mirror 14. The half mirror 14 with the jet nozzle is so constructed that a half mirror is made adhere to a transparent body having a cylindrical hole cavity in the center, and the bottom of the transparent body is provided with an input port for sending air for jetting fixed pressure to the cornea C.
