PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange lily yarns 2 just like an array without being jumbled by reef-knitting a fixed quantity of lily yarns of respective colors and putting a knitting needle through from its center/upper side to its lower side to repeat the movement of pulling out an interval between the lily yarns of different colors. SOLUTION: The lily yarns 2 are bound by reef-knitting with a line 1. The knitting needle fitted to one end of the line 1 is put through from the center upper side to the lower side of an interval between the lily yarns 2 bound by reef-knitting to pull out the interval between the lily yarns 2 and the knitting needle is put through from the center upper side to the lower side of an interval between the lily yarns 2 to similarly pull out the interval between the lily yarns 2 of different colors. This is repeated required number of times and finally lines 1 are bound with each other. After that unnecessary lines 1 are removed. Thus, the lily yarns 2 arranged on the lines 1 stay in the lily yarns of each color and one lily yarn 2 is prevented from moving to another lily 2 yarn.
