摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable frictional welding even to a workpiece having a complicated, curved and geometric shape by rotating a riser to an inside housing, transferring cam followers along respective inclined surfaces and preparing a means for changing force affected to a workpiece with a frictional welding tool. SOLUTION: A frictional welding tool 16 is attached to a frictional welding equipment 14 and inserted down to a prescribed depth of a workpiece. A frictional welding combination is formed with the frictional welding tool 16 via the workpiece. The largeness of force affected to the workpiece with the frictional welding tool 16 is measured with a measuring means. In a calculating means, the largeness of force affected with the frictional welding tool 16 is decided from a measured value, and the largeness of force is compared with an optimal range or optimal value. A translational transfer means in the axial direction is commanded with the calculating means so that the frictional welding tool 16 is plunged into the workpiece when force is too small and drawn out of the workpiece when it is too large. Preferably, the inserting depth of the frictional welding tool 16 is automatically adjusted and the inserting depth of the frictional welding tool 16 and the uniformity of welding combination are optimized.
