PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency in disassembly and assembly a barrel stopper, while disassembling/assembling the barrel stopper with ease. SOLUTION: A barrel stopper is mounted on and positioned to a groove of a mounting frame 21. A shaft 15B of a cylinder is projected for pushing up the barrel stopper 100. The pushing force of the cylinder is applied to a packing 240 alone through a front metal fitting 15A for compressing a spring 220. A valve 200 is sandwiched by the front metal fitting 15A and a projection 22B of a receiving block 22. A body can be freely moved in a vertical direction, accordingly. Engagement of a projection 213A and a recession is released by lifting the body and turning it circumferentially.
