PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NVRAM controller, an NVRAM control method and a memory medium in which burden on a service man, and the like, can be reduced at the time of replacing a substrate mounting an NVRAM. SOLUTION: Upon turn on power of a printer, values of an NVRAM 102 on a DC board 101 are read out and a decision is made whether all or a specified data has a specified value. If all or a specified data has a specified value, an NVRAM 105 on a control board 104 is controlled to write the stored data into the NVRAM 102. Consequently, essential data stored in the NVRAM 102 can be written automatically into the NVRAM of a new board at the time of replacing the DC board 101. |
