PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste incineration treatment device, not only eliminating the discharge of a source of environmental pollution, such as smoke, poisonous gas, smell or the like, substantially but also making the constitution thereof simple and inexpensive while making the an exhaust gas dust removing device as well as a ventilating device or the whole of the device compact and capable of contriving the improvement of a treating efficiency of the dust treatment or the like as well as the facilitating of the introduction of a facility. SOLUTION: A waste incineration treatment device is constituted of an incinerator, an exhaust gas dust removing device 3, a ventilating device, and an exhaust gas deodorizing device. The exhaust gas dust removing device 3 is provided with a sealed water tank 29, provided in the lower part of a tank to reserve water 40, a cylindrical box type rotary gas and liquid contacting machine 28, supported rotatably through bearings 31, 32 at the upper part in the sealed water tank 29 so as to receive a filler 52 for contacting gas with liquid therein and having a multitude of ventilating ports 51 on the outer peripheral surface of the same, an exhaust gas introducing pipe 33, penetrated through the sealed water tank 29 and provided co-axially with the rotary air and liquid contacting machine 28 while having a multitude of air ventilating ports 50 on the outer peripheral surface of the penetrating part, and a water injecting nozzle 39, provided in a ventilating pipe 22 or the upstream side of the exhaust gas introducing pipe 33 to inject water into exhaust gas.
