PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew formation of a refrigerator efficiently by providing a heat exchanger for exchanging heat from first refrigerant tube to second refrigerant tube, and a bypass valve for preventing counter flow of the second refrigerant to one side of the second refrigerant tube. SOLUTION: A second independent closed loop refrigerant tube 220 passing second refrigerant is arranged between the compressor 100 and the condenser 130 of a first refrigerant tube 160 while extending to the first refrigerant tube 160 constituting the cooling circuit of a refrigerator through a partitioning part. A heat exchanging section 200 for exchanging heat from the first refrigerant tube 160 to the second refrigerant tube 220 is disposed between the compressor 100 and the condenser 130 along with a bypass valve 240 for preventing counter flow of the second refrigerant to one side of the second refrigerant tube 220. The second refrigerant tube 220 abuts against the first refrigerant tube 160 coupling the discharge opening of the compressor 100 with the suction opening of the condenser 130 over a specified length or longer. According to the arrangement, freezing phenomenon of the refrigerator can be prevented continuously when the compressor 100 is operating.
