摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an accurate flow rate control of a fluid and to reduce an operation torque driving a valve element by providing a plurality of valve elements having different open angles each other at the time of intermediate opening degree of the valve elements. SOLUTION: A link 5A is fixed to an end portion of a valve shaft 3A, a link 5B and a link 5B' are fixed to both end portions of a valve shaft 3B and a link 5C is fixed to an end portion of a valve shaft 3C. The link 5A and the link 5C are connected by a connecting rod 6A and the link 5B' and the link 5C are connected by a connecting rod 6B. A driving link 8 is connected to an end portion of the valve shaft 3A. The link 5A, the link 5B, the link 5B' and the link 5C are set to non-parallel state. Thereby, a supplying of a fluid, a supplying stopping and a flow rate control can be out. Then, a maximum driving torque driving the valve element can be reduced and a driving motor can be made compact.
