PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hose which is adapted to a hose-type flexible contraction/ extention joint used for washing metal fitting in kitchen or levatory, water strage in toilet, or other water supplying/hot water supplying systems. SOLUTION: This hose 1 has an inner surface layer 2 made of rubber or thermoplastic elastomer, a spiral reinforcing layer 3 prepared by winding one or plural wire line body around an outer peripheral surface of the inner surface layer 2, a braid reinforcing layer 4 braided on an outer periphery of the spiral layer. The wire line body composing the spiral reinforcing layer 3 is made of stainless steel wire 3 for the spring, while its wire diameter ranges between 0.15 and 0.5 mm.
