PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically pull a timing belt to an original state when the timing belt is extended by urging an elastic body to the timing belt to form a concave portion and engaging an engaging member projected from the elastic body to both sides with the timing belt. SOLUTION: In a coil spring 4, both ends are obliquely and upwardly projected, the tip ends are transversely bent by a width of a timing belt 1 and the tip ends are bent to form engaging members 5, 6 with the timing belt 1. The coil spring 4 is urged to an inner surface of the timing belt 1 to form a concave portion 7 and engaging members 5, 6 are engaged with a back surface of the timing belt 1. When the timing belt 1 is loosened, the timing belt 1 is pulled at this position and the engaging members 5, 6 are spread in resistant to a resiliency of the coil spring 4. As a result, the loosened timing belt 1 is pulled and approached to the coil spring 4.
