PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a shock due to movement of a piston by providing a pressure reduced space for letting gas flow out to the destination in the moving process of the piston on the moving side of the piston. SOLUTION: High pressure gas generated by igniting a cartridge 12 is supplied from a gas supply hole 14 to a pressure space 20. By the pressure of gas, a piston 4 is moved with a rod 5, the tip of the rod 5 is separated from a hole 19 of an I-bolt 18, and the other structure B is separated. When the moved piston 4 reaches a pressure reduced space 22, high pressure gas passes through the periphery of the piston 4 because the inside diameter is larger than that of the piston 4 to flow out to the destination of movement at high speed. Thus, the pressure in the pressure space 20 is suddenly lowered and a storing space 3 is a closed space, so that the piston 4 is decelerated by the pressure of outflow gas. Accordingly, in a simple structure using such a pressure reduced space 22 having a large-diameter part 8, the piston 4 moved by the pressure of gas can be decelerated by the gas so as to remarkably reduce a shock of the piston 4.
