PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a used spray can to be easily processed by a user when the used spray can is to be wasted and further enable an accident from being prevented at the time of recycling of it. SOLUTION: A safety cap 8 is constructed such that a nozzle 16 is exposed at a top part of a spray can 14, a safety cap 8 is installed at the top part of the spray can 14 so a to be engaged with the nozzle 16, the nozzle 16 is pushed down to cause residual gas in the spray can 14 to be discharged out of a fine clearance between some crossed bulged-out segments having approximate equal predetermined heights formed by embossing the bottom surface of the safety cap 8 and the extremity end of the nozzle 16 and out of equal- divided grooves of the safety cap 8.
