PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a shift in position of an article due to activation of a folding plate and stick a label to a predetermined position by inhibiting folding operation at the time of executing of a weighing and labeling mode and also by correcting a labeling position by an article position detection camera. SOLUTION: When a non-packaging mode such as a weighing and labeling mode is selected, after an article X which has been packaged in advance is mounted on a weighing carry-in device 2, its weight is measured and also a position of the article X is detected by an article position detection camera 50, and the article is pushed up to a packaging part A by a lift 3. In this case, left and right folding plates 4, 5 and a rear folding plate 6 do not activate, the article X is discharged onto a heat seal 7, and a label L is stuck by a label printer 9. At this time, the label printer 9 moves back and forth and left and right based on a detection signal by the article position detection camera 50, whereby the label L can be correctly stuck to a predetermined position on the article X.
