PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To park a two-wheeler such as a motor-cycle to be locked by providing a moving member adapted to move forward to a base when the front wheel of a two-wheeler is advanced in a gap between the side walls, and projecting a stopper stored in the side wall into the gap to lock the front wheel. SOLUTION: When a two-wheeler is advanced from the right side, a front wheel rolls on an inclined surface 14 and then reaches a gap 13 between side walls 7, 7, thereby holding the front wheel from both sides. At this time, the front wheel is positioned on a slide member 8 through a holder plate 9b of a holder 9, but the advance of the slide member 8 is inhibited by a slide lock mechanism 23. When the two-wheeler is continuously advanced, the holder 9 oscillates about an oscillating shaft 20, and the holder 9a abuts against the projecting part 26 of a slide plate 15. Whereupon, a pressing shaft 52 disposed on the holder plate 9a is pushed to release a lock member 49, and advance of the slide member 8 is permitted. After that, a stopper 10 is turned and projected into the front wheel to be locked.
