PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method for manufacturing a die by which a lead time for manufacturing the die is shortened. SOLUTION: A welding torch 15 is attached to a NC working machine 10. A fed filler metal wire 16 is molten with the welding torch 15 and fed toward a table 12. The fed filler metal is cooled and solidified to form a weld bead on the table 12. The weld bead is stacked to shape a die base stock for the die.
