PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move easily a person to be cared for at an existing home by performing continuously the operation and the reverse operation of raising the cared for-person through a chest cord by the rotation and rising of a rotating pole and then suspending and moving the cared for-person through a waist cord, with a single actuator. SOLUTION: A horizontal arm 1 is lowered to near the chest of a person to be cared for and a chest cord is hooked onto him. At this time, if possible, the person may hold the horizontal arm in his arms. Subsequently, a motor is started and a rope 12 is wound on a drum 8. Then a swiveling pole 3 is pulled up via a pulley 9 on the upper portion of a fixed pole 4 and continues swiveling. When the pole 3 becomes nearly vertical, the pole 3 compresses a spring 13, hits against a stopper, and stops rotating at a seated position. In addition, when the rope 12 is wound further, an ascending pole 2 ascends by the weight applied to the horizontal arm 1, and suspends the person by a waist cord. When the person is lifted by a fixed amount, the person is moved to a wheelchair. The person is returned by reverse operation. Thus he can be moved easily and safely. |
