PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric rice cake maker capable of selectively making rice cakes of different qualities without manual operation though a conventional electric rice cake maker requires labor and time for adjusting time for making the rice cakes or adding water with a hand in the middle of making at the time of desiring to selectively make the rice cakes according to one's taste. SOLUTION: A heater 3 and a motor 7 are controlled by a controller 19 provided with plural controlling patterns for a rice cake cooking process. Thus, this electric rice cake maker can selectively make rice cakes of different qualities by a set of a product without manual operation when the tasty one is selected from among the plural controlling patterns and executing it.
