PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food baking apparatus suitable for preparing a baked food on a hot-plate or frying pan and enabling easy turn-over of the food even on a flat hot-plate or frying pan, etc., and baking a food to a desired shape. SOLUTION: This baking apparatus is composed of a cylindrical baking mold 1 having top and bottom openings and a holding tool suspending the baking mold. Engaging holes 4 are symmetrically opened on the outer circumference 3 of the baking mold 1 and the holding tool has a biforked form applicable to the baking mold 1 from above. The holding tool is provided with engaging protrusions insertable into the engaging holes 4 of the baking mold 1. The engaging holes are opened at the lower part of the baking mold and the mold is made to be rotatable around the engaging protrusions by its own weight when the engaging protrusions are inserted into the mold and the mold is suspended with the holding tool. Two or more engaging holes 4 are opened at the upper and lower parts, vertical grooves 6 are symmetrically formed on the outer circumference 3 of the baking mold 1 and the engaging holes 4 are formed in respective vertical grooves 6 to form long clamping parts fitting to the vertical grooves 6. |
