<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a slide pin untiltedly by caulking and sufficiently strengthen the mounting structure of the slide pin. SOLUTION: A pin mounting hole 3c is provided bored through a caliper bracket 3. A slide shaft part 4a, a stationary shaft shaft part 4b and a flange 4c are provided for a slide pin 4. The stationary shaft part 4b is formed into a part longer than the pin mounting hole 3c. The stationary shaft part 4b is inserted into one opening part of the pin mounting hole 3c so as to allow the flange 4c to abut against the outer circumferential surface of the one opening part of the pin mounting hole 3c. The tip end side of the stationary shaft part 4b, which is projected out of the other opening part of the pin mounting hole 3c is caulked outwardly, and the slide pin 4 is thereby mounted to the caliper bracket 3.</p> |
