PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing the subject composition with good flowability, dry-hardenability and troweling ability through incorporating an excess of a chemical admixture for concrete to considerably raise its flowability without the need of increasing the amount of water to be added and also incorporating a necessary amount of an aqueous resin so as to compensate the drawback associated with the excess addition of the admixture, and to provide a method for producing a cement-based molded product with high mechanical strength and freeze resistance owing to the integration of the above composition and concrete. SOLUTION: This cement-based composition for finishing use comprises 100 pts.wt. of hydraulic cement, 100-800 pts.wt. of an aggregate, 6-20 pts.wt. of a chemical admixture for concrete and 3-30 pts.wt., on a solid basis, of an aqueous resin. The other objective cement-based molded product is obtained by slurring the above composition into an aqueous slurry which is then applied onto the releasable inner surface of a necessary formwork followed by charging the formwork with a cement-based material in an aqueous slurry form so as to come into contact with the coated inner surface of the formwork followed by molding the cement-based material. |
