PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably wind a carrier tape around a reel in a small space in a part supply device supplying and storing mechanism parts. SOLUTION: In a carrier tape winding device which supplies a carrier tape intermittently from a reel on a supply side to a tape feeding means and winds it around a winding reel after supplying or storing parts, the winding reel is rotated only in the forward direction through a ratchet wheel by a ratchet lever attached to a drive roller 17 which rotates forward and reversely in the interlocking relationship with the turn of the tape feeding means.
