SOLUTION: This manufacturing method is to go through successively a rolling work process 9 in which a band shaped sheet 7 with a prescribed width is pressed on its both side parts except for the central part in the width direction gradually stronger toward the outer edge parts and through a forming work process 10 in which the sheet is shaped nearly in V-shape by forming working parts of a plurality of sets in a tandem line and, at the same time, is formed in curves with a prescribed radius of curvature R.
