PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a bad influence for a cooling effect by setting a radiator subtank in the pump chamber of the upper turning body rear part of a small turning construction machine and arranging only instruments weak in high temperature in a radiator chamber. SOLUTION: An engine chamber, a pump chamber right sideward and a radiator chamber left sideward are provided in the rearward center of the cab for the operation room 5 of the upper turning body of a small turning construction vehicle, and inspection doors are provided upward of the engine chamber and on the outer wall of the pump chamber and the radiator chamber respectively. A radiator subtank for cooling water 14 is provided on the rearward lower part of the fuel tank 7 of the pump chamber having a comparative margin in a space, and connected to the radiator 12 of the radiator chamber and piping 15. Only the minimum necessary instruments such as a battery weak in high temperature and a wind washer in addition to a cleaning assy 13 are arranged in the radiator chamber. Since excessive instruments do not exist in the suction side of the radiator chamber, lowering of a cooling effect is avoided, and maintenance can be easily performed through each inspection door from the ground.
