PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil net having an excellent absorption function in diffusion prevention, absorption performance and recovery and removal work of oil flowed out to water surface such as river or ocean or roads or the like. SOLUTION: At the partition 13, inside of a bag-shaped net 11 is divided into plurality of subdivisions, retainers which can be taken in and out are attached to each opening and closing portion 12, and at least one or more sheets of an oil absorbing material 21 is stored in net 11. Therefore, by using a single unit of oil absorbing function or plurality of oil nets having oil absorbing function coupled with coupling members, the oil flowed out can be removed and recovered easily and quickly.
