PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of feeding a sheet having cut-in parts on both sides one by one continuously and securely. SOLUTION: A sheet collective body S0 consisting of many sheets S1 on which cut-in parts are formed on both sides thereof is put on a support guide 2. A stopper 5 is provided on one end side of the support guide 2, and a feeding device 10 feeding the sheet collective body S, for this stopper 5 is provided. A first reel-out roller 20 and a second reel-out roller 30 are provided in the front and rear on a side of the sheet S1 in contact with the stopper 5, and contact parts 21, 31 capable of coming into contact with the sheet S1 are provided in each reel-out roller 20, 30. The contact part 31 of the second reel-out roller 30 arranged in the rear part in the direction of reeling out of the sheet S1 is brought into contact with the sheet S1 before the contact part 21 of the first reel-out roller 20 comes into contact with the sheet S1, the sheet S1 is curved on a stopper 5 side, and then the sheet S1 is reeled out in the direction of length due to the contact and rotation of the contact part 21 of the first reel-out roller 20.
