PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inner face of a tube from being scraped by particulate or to prevent the particulate from retaining on a inner recess by freely moving at least one of an exit side member or an entrance side member in a virtual plane where the center line of the tube end crosses perpendicularly or approximately perpendicularly thereto. SOLUTION: A first bent tube 14 is rotatably connected to an exit 11 with the center line C1 of the tube end set to the center and a second bent tube 15 is rotatably connected to an entrance 8 with the center line C3 of the tube end set to the center. The second bent tube 15 is freely moved in the direction of the center line C3 of the tube end for the entrance 8. The center line C1 of the tube end in the connecting part of the first bent tube 14 with the exit 11, the center line C2 of the tube end of the connection part of the first bent tube 14 with the second bent tube 15, and the central line C3 of the tube end of the connecting part of the second bent tube 15 with the entrance 8 are in parallel or approximately parallel to each other. An injection part, is moved in the front/rear direction so that the central lines C1, C2, C3 of the tube ends are freely moved on a virtual plane crossing perpendicularly or approximately perpendicularly thereto.
