PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize inflow air into a heat exchanger to improve cooling efficiency of a heat exchanger while restricting noise to surrounding environments. SOLUTION: In a cooling device of a construction machine to cool a heat exchanger 15 comprising a radiator, an oil cooler, etc., disposed in a cover 21 to cover a rotary body 1, and an engine 8 by an air current P generated by a cooling fan 14, an upper and a lower intake holes 24, 25 to introduce air currents P1, P2 into the cover 21 are respectively provided on an upper and a lower surfaces of the cover 21, and an upper and a lower ducts 29, 30 to respectively introduce the air currents P1, P2 introduced from the upper and lower intake holes 24, 25 to a front surface of the heat exchanger 15 are provided.
