PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden to a wrist by detachably providing an arm pad jig near the handle of a frying pan. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the burden to the wrist at the time of using the frying pan 1 for a long period, the arm pad jig 3 is detachably provided in the neighborhood of the handle 2 of the frying pan 1. At the time of using, the jig 3 hooked at the upper part of the frying pan 1 and through the use of the force of a hand grasping the handle 2 and an arm applied to an arm pad 4, the frying pan 1 is operated at two power points. Thus, not only the force of a hand but also the force of the arm is utilized, thereby the burden to the wrist is reduced and tendosynovitis and stiff shoulders are prevented.
