PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote the lightening of a vibration absorbing means after making vibration noise so as to be effectively reducible in a simple structure, in a vibrational noise reducer wherein the vibration absorbing means absorbing any vibration to be transmitted from a vibration generating part via a liquid in a liquid passage, is installed in a passage formative body forming the liquid passage to which at least a part of the vibration generating part is adjoined. SOLUTION: A mounting hole 17 having an inner end opened to a liquid passage 14 is installed in an outer wall part 11b of a passage formative body E, and in this constitution, a vibration absorbing means 161 is comprised of a supporting member 191 being formed into a tubular shape concentrically supported with an insertional hole 181 opened with at least an axial inner end and inserted and locked, a holding member 211 being formed into a bottomed tubular shape having its end wall 20 in an axial outer end side and inserted into the insertion hole 181 while being supported by the supporting member 191, and an elastic diaphragm 23 whose both sides are adjoined to a space part 22 made up in space between the liquid passage 14 and the end wall 20 and being attached to the axial inner end of the holding member 211, respectively.
