PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To place a pillow in accordance with the height of a bather and allow the bather to take a natural recumbent posture by providing a means for mounting the pillow movably in the longitudinal direction of a stretcher body and fixing to a position to which it moves. SOLUTION: A charnier 15 is mounted on the base plate 13 of a pillow 10 with bolts 16, 16 in a manner that makes it project downward in a rotationally regulated state. On the other hand, a slot 17a is formed nearly in the center of the horizontal direction of the pillow supporting portion of a stretcher body 3 along the longitudinal direction of the stretcher body 3. By inserting movably the charnier 15 of the pillow 10 into the slot 17a, the pillow 10 is mounted movably in the longitudinal direction of the stretcher body 3. The charnier 15 is provided with a knob 18 from below. By tightening the knob 18, a stretcher body reinforcing portion 17 is pinched between the tightening face 18a of the knob 18 and the base plate 13, and the pillow 10 is fixed, thereby adjusting the position of the pillow 10 in accordance with the height of a bather and allowing the bather to take a natural recumbent posture.
