PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope spectroscopic apparatus enhancing measuring accuracy by acquiring measuring condition data for improving S/N. SOLUTION: A measurement control means 10 comprises a control parameter feeding-out means 11 for feeding-out parameters controlling measuring action to a spectroscope 24, a data evaluation means 12 to which measurement data measured with the spectroscope 24 in accordance with the parameters fed-out from the control parameter feeding-out means 11 are outputted and which then evaluates the measurement data on the basis of a preset criterion for evaluation to feed-out the measurement data evaluated as being optimum to the spectral data processing means 48 of a data registration means 41, and a control parameter setting means 13 for setting the plurality of parameters fed out from the control parameter feeding-out means 11 to the spectroscope 24 and for outputting the set parameters to the control parameter feeding-out means 11. The operating state of a spectral means is controlled.
