PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep bulk density approximately constant, without changing the thickness of the sintering material layer made on a mobile pallet. SOLUTION: The position in height direction of a drum chute 6 is adjusted, according to the viscosity change by the mixture change of sintering material 2, when segregating a magnetic material segregated layer 7A on the upper layer part of a sintered material layer which is made by making magnetic force act, by a drum chute, upon the sintering material 2 being cut out of the opening at the bottom of a charge hopper 1, using a drum feeder, so as to magnetize the magnetic material 2A within sintering material 2, and charging a mobile pallet 5 with it through the drum chute 5. Hereby, the bulk density is kept approximately constant without changing the thickness of the sintering material layer 7 made on the mobile pallet 5.
