PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily lower the temperature of hot water from a heat source unit, while saving space and simplifying a set-up construction work. SOLUTION: In a heating device wherein the temperature of hot water from a heat source unit 12 is lowered through a hot-water temperature lowering unit 23, and supplied to a low-temperature side radiator 14, the heat source unit and the low- temperature side radiator are coupled with a hot-water plug socket 21, which is provided at the end portions of a third hot-water supply pipe 15C and a third hot-water return pipe 16C, and also with a hot-water plug 22, which is provided at a fourth hot-water supply pipe 15D and a fourth hot-water return pipe 16D from the low- temperature side radiator 14, and are connected with each other. Further, the hot-water temperature lowering unit having a plug socket hot-water supply pipe 31 and a plug socket hot-water return pipe 32 which are connected by a communication pipe 33, mixes hot water from the heat source unit and hot water from the communication pipe and supplies the mixed hot water to the low-temperature side radiator. Furthermore, the plug socket hot-water supply pipe is provided with a flow rate control valve 24 at an upstream side of a connection point 33A, so that the valve opening of the flow rate control valve can be controlled depending on the temperature of the hot water which flows to the low-temperature side radiator.
