PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a grill pan with a small amount of air by forming a suction port for introducing the air from forward in a grill chamber, and introducing atmospheric air introduced from the port into the warehouse to an exhaust port between the pan and a net. SOLUTION: A grill chamber 2 is provided in the grill device 1. A ceramic plate type lifted flame burner 21 for emitting an infrared ray of a cooking heat source toward downward is mounted at a top surface of the chamber 2. A grill pan 4 and a gridiron 5 set on the pan 4 are provided in the warehouse 2 so as to be protrudably from and retractably in a forward opening. A plurality of openings 32 for introducing atmospheric air are formed at an innermost side of a finger grip 31 of a grill door 3, the atmospheric air is introducing into the chamber 2 via the openings 32, and the introduced air flows from forward to rearward between a net 51 of the gridiron 5 and the pan 4 to cool the pan 4 and exhausts from an exhaust port 23 via a rear passage 22a.
