PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate a fusing device and to display time by providing a control means with a time of day control means for outputting the information on time of day to a display means, and bar coding the command and the input code of a base to the time of day control means. SOLUTION: A time of day control part 28 samples a time when the fusion is started, outputs the time information on an end time of a fusing process obtained by adding a time necessary for the fusing process, or the time information on an end time of a cooling process obtained by adding the times necessary for the fusing process and the cooling process to a display part 16, and displays the end time of the fusing process or the end time of the cooling process on the display part 16. An operator can confirm the time information relative to the fusing operation such as the end time of the fusing process, the end time of the cooling processor or the like on the display part 16 of a fusing device 1, so that the process can effectively be controlled. It is unnecessary for the operator to confirm the completion of the fusing process by observing the progression of the fusing process, so that the operator can execute the other operation.
